There will be 11 aid-stations along the course, all of them being approximately 10 miles apart.

Runners are required to check in at all Aid-Stations. If there is not a record, the runner/team may be penalized.

Aid Stations will have liquids like water, electrolytes, and coffee as well as food such as fruit, pb&j, pretzels, chips, and hot food.

CREW / SPECTATORS / PACERS

This race works best if crew, pacers, spectators have a van/car. There will be areas where crew can meet with their runner and other areas where there will be NOT be able to meet, especially in the first 57 miles.

CREW & SPECTATORS: Please follow the parking guidelines so you, and us, don't get in trouble with the CT DEEP. â€‹ Absolutely NO driving while active racer is in the car or else IMMEDIATE disqualification. You may only meet up with your runner at the designated meeting spots in the Racer Guide.

The Racer Guide will be sent out in the months before the race.

PACERS: Pacers are allowed for solo racers. Please let us know if you will be using a pacer, how many, and which segment they will be starting at. We do not charge for pacers, but they are required to sign the Pacer waiver and Pacer questionnaire.

Solo - Pacers will be allowed to begin from each Aid Station starting at mile 22.
Relay Racers (3- or 6-Team) - No pacers allowed. Relay teams may split up their runs as they wish with 1 active runner at a time. The active runner MUST check in/out at all aid stations AND provide an update of all of runners still currently participating in the relay team along with any drop-outs.

ARRIVAL & PARKING

There is only street parking at the trailhead. You are responsible for any parking your car(s) appropriately and safely.

The trail up to the start line is about 0.75 miles from the street where cars are parked.

Parking lots along the course are currently under review and will be posted as soon as they are finalized.

The Finish Line will be at the Wakeman Boys & Girls Club in Southport, CT. All racers, spectators, crew etc must park at the designated lots. Thanks!

Rollovers & Refunds
